Interview
Pre-recorded interview followed by telephone conversation and a video call.
Upon confirmation - paid evaluation period.
Once the paid evaluation period is over, you'll get your compensation for the hours you have worked.
Usually INR 200 per hour but depends on your agreement with the HR.
After that you'll be evaluated and accepted/ rejected.
