Casual. The meeting was around 45 minutes and I got a feel for the type of staff they want. One's who listen and have initiative. Casual neat work clothes, be down to earth no fake persona it won't work for this company. Accountability is necessary.
The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Nextt (London, England)
Interview
Apoxs 1 hour for the interview. Starting with asking about some back ground info, work history ect. Followed by a series of STAR interview questions (e.g. give me an example of how you have you resolved conflict with a manager in a previous job.
