The interview process went overall well until the end. I went 3 rounds, the third being the final. I never spoke to anyone in HR which I thought was weird. It was 2 interviews with the manager and the final was a panel interview with the directors. I did not get an offer, which I was very disappointed but the worst part was after the final round, I heard nothing for 2 and a half weeks, just to get a standard rejection email. I thought it was rude and disrespectful of my time and effort I put into my application and the process.
