Nice and Serious interview questions

Applied online, was asked to pop in for a chat. Learnt a lot about the company, was interesting to experience an agency with an ethnical focus as their USP. They appeared to work on a wide range of projects with lots of room to learn and grow, seemed like a small but knowledgeable team. I got to the second stage and I queried salary expectations - unfortunately for this role they were drastically under market value for FED for London which was surprising, I declined to move forward.
