The process split into two due to COVID-19 issues. The first part was sending my application and receiving a link where I had to answer 5 questions and record myself, for example what are my strengths and weaknesses, Give an example of a project you've successfully managed and how it happened, etc. Then I had an interview with HR and one manager. Then the hiring process was paused and I didn't make it. The second part was when after 1 month, i emailed them and said if they're still interested inhiring for this position and they emailed back and said yes, and they scheduled some interviews and I also did a case study. Unfortunately, after all these steps I didn't manage to get the role. But, I learned things during this process so it's all ok.
