I had a phone interview with the owner of the restaurant and told her about my past school experiences, leadership positions, passions and potential positive additions to the team. We also had a memorization test for menu items.

Very easy, maybe way to easy interview process - they hire anyone to cut others' hours. They ask you to come in at a specific time, or anyone could walk in as long as their not busy.
