Length process with number of rounds with candidate being made to wait...Very late responses and shortlisting. Kept calling for further rounds and took too much time to finalise offer. Had to wait very long to get a call back.

Interview
When i reached there i had given Written test which stands for 2 Hrs than i had gone through Technical interview which stands for more than 1 Hr and after that i had given a set of programs which i had to done in 1 Hr but i haven`t able to done the same because i have to catch flight to return back.
I think leaving early make interviewer unhappy and which makes my result negative otherwise my interview had gone very good.
