The hiring process at Ninox takes an average of 14 days when considering 1 user submitted interviews across all job titles. Candidates applying for Tech Lead had the quickest hiring process (on average 14 days), whereas Tech Lead roles had the slowest hiring process (on average 14 days).
I had an initial 30-minute introductory call, which went well and was followed by a promise to send a technical challenge. I completed the challenge promptly and submitted it as instructed. However, after that, I never received any further communication. Despite multiple follow-ups over a reasonable period of time, I was met with complete silence.
It's disappointing to invest time and effort into a process only to be ghosted, especially after fulfilling their requests. This reflects poorly on the company’s professionalism and respect for candidates' time. Clear communication — even if it's a rejection — is the least one can expect from a hiring process.
Really bad and unprofessional. No communication for weeks on end. They made me jump through hoops and then told me I didn't have enough experience for the role (even though they were aware of my experience before I attended 5-6 interviews). They made me solve and produce an issue they have in the company for free. I'm not sure of the legality of this.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Ninox (Berlin) in Jul 2024
Interview
At second stage I was interviewed by Backend lead. I had positive experience and at the end of the call he told me he'd definetly like to continue with me and they were going to send me the test assignment very soon.
But after 2 days I got automated rejection letter.
