Nippon Gases Euro-Holding interview questions

They sent me an email for a first interview in Microsoft Teams. At the beginning they presented the company and the job position and then they ansked me a few questions.

There are at least two steps in the interview process. The first step involves a cognitive interview with one HR and one business manager. They don't ask any technical questions and are very friendly. The second step involves a technical interview with a department manager who is extremely arrogant and impatient. He asks numerous technical questions, mainly about front-end, SQL, and three lengthy case studies. The technical interview lasts for over an hour and can be exhausting, leaving a negative impression. The manager then says that they will contact you within two weeks for a final interview with the clients or their partners, but then they disappear without any further communication.
