Very friendly and fairly informal from interviewer. One zoom and one in person. Quite late communication from HR which was a bit disappointing and would have liked more specific feedback or a call.

Zoom call discussing role vs my current role and responsibilities. Interviewer wanted to gain as much knowledge of the trade sector being from a retail background and mentioned that second interview stage would be a presentation on how you would tackle your first 6 months at the company.
