Ask basic restaurant hospitality questions such as what are some common spirit, how to deal with irate costumers. I believe you only talk to all managers to confirm that you can possibly be a great team member.

Interview
It was very straight forward. They just asked about my previous serving experience and just asking about myself. I had two interviews and it was relatively easy. The interviewers were pretty nice as well.
