The hiring process at Nordhealth takes an average of 7 days when considering 3 user submitted interviews across all job titles. Candidates applying for Python Software Engineer had the quickest hiring process (on average 7 days), whereas Python Software Engineer roles had the slowest hiring process (on average 7 days).
The interview process started really well, I was interviewed by 3 staff members and all went fine, by third interview got an email saying basically the job was mine but they had another role and wanted me to speak with another team member. The last interview they mentioned travel commitement which I asked previously and was told was remote with little travel and at this interview the person mentioned there was more time commitment wich I was happy to do and then I mentioned my children and since then emails were all gaslighting and from 2 roles there were just 1 but the person was very worried with travel commitment despite mentioning several times I was happy to travel.
The interview process was 3 stages. The interviewers created a relaxed environment with no surprises. I was kept informed of the process along the way which lead to a great experience.

Previous experience and how you’ve overcome previous challenges
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Nordhealth in Jun 2025
Interview
I had a preliminary interview with internal recruitment which was amicable and was given the technical task shortly after. It was a simple script but I made sure that the criteria were followed exactly and wrote more than two dozen tests. I submitted the task three weeks ago and it appears I've since been ghosted, even after following up after two weeks. I would not recommend anyone to waste their time interviewing with Nordhealth if they will treat their applicants so rudely.
