A very strange process. The initial interview was set up, seemingly with a junior associate, who then let me know that they would contact me within a few days to schedule the next interview. (I sent a thank-you note.) They completely ghosted me. Meanwhile, the same job listings stay on their site for months. There seem to be internal issues. Also, the pay listed is significantly lower than competitors. Another European company struggling to make it in the U.S..
