Interview
The process was very simple. I went online to to Nordstroms.com and looked in the positions they were hiring for. Found openings for two and just created an account and applied for the job. 2 days later received an email to scheduled a phone interview for a week later. The lady who called was extremely nice and easy to talk with. She scheduled an in person interview. The actual interview was not intimidating at nerve racking at all. The employees made it very comfortable and it was easy to talk to them.
Nordstrom's looks for specific employees, unfortunately I am not one of them but their interview process was efficient and quick. Also really laid back.

Question 1
Name a time you went above and beyond for a customer?
Very easy. Hired during seasonal so as long as you have an interest in working there and can go above and beyond for a customer that is what they care about!
Interview was easy and straightforward. They just want to get to know you, especially how customer service forward you are. Mainly consisted of a call with HR. They talked a little bit about the company and the role, certain benefits, location of office, etc.

Describe a time you had a difficult experience with a customer.
Great job love the manager made it through college highly recommend to anyone looking to have a fun work environment front of house of best but I always helped out on the floor to get to know the others
