Interview was great, staff seemed supportive and like it was a positive environment. Important to have an interest in fashion and helping the customer find what they need. Very important to get repeat customers and continue having a book of business.

I had a phone interview, 2 one-on-one interviews, and then was offered the job two weeks later. Best to apply early because they will get to your application first. Be careful with the "personality" questionnaire-be honest and think about what they are asking.

Be careful with the "personality" questionnaire-be honest and think about what they are asking. They ask questions such as, where do you see yourself in ten years? Tell me about a time you didn't mean your goal. Tell me about a time you took on a leadership role. Do you think competition is healthy or unhealthy for the workplace? Etc.
one way interview with around 20-30 questions. mainly behavioural and some background on your education and past experiences. Took around 30-40 minutes and you have to prepare for each question.

They said they'd get back in 2 weeks but 3 weeks later, it was announced that they're leaving canada.
