I applied online and got a phone call to come in for an interview a few days later. The interview went excellent and they made me believe I had the job. After not hearing anything for a week, I followed up and left a voice mail. Over three weeks have passed since I have interviewed and I still have not hear anything from the employer.

There was really nothing unexpected about the interview- we covered all the basics and I was given the opportunity to ask my questions.
