I was asked if I had customer service experience and how I would deal with an unhappy customer.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Nordstrom (Oak Brook, IL) in Jul 2012

Received a call to set up interview and after interview a few days later was offered position. HR does everything online so it was easy to get all the paperwork done
