Had a call with the recruiter that went well, and got passed along to a Hiring Manager Interview. The Hiring Manager interview went great, I was even told by the HM that they would have positive things to say about me, and that they would reach back out with next steps. Radio silence after that. I followed up with the recruiter a week or so later and got no response.

Interview
Standard process, several screens, onsite with several parts (system design, take home assessment, etc). Lunch provided, great office. Everyone at every step of the process very professional. Only disappointing part was after onsite got an automated rejection rather than a personalized message with opportunity to get feedback.
