The first (and only) interview I had was relatively easy. It was a phone call that asked pretty standard questions relating to consulting experience. I was told that I did well and would hear back about another interview (which the interviewer said I should receive] in 48-72 hours. However, I NEVER heard back from the firm. I wouldn't be upset if I simply interviewed poorly and was told that they were proceeding with other candidates. However, the interviewer himself told me that I should expect to hear back and receive another interview in a couple days - there was another interview review from a person who also applied for the Senior Consultant position and never heard back, so this may be a common occurrence.

How do you balance difficult timelines while maintaining deliverable quality?
Had smooth screening interview with the recruiter, just told me about the company and responsibilities of the role then the rest of the questions were about my experience.
However I was not through to the next round of interview, I couldn't even get a solid feedback.
I interviewed for a Senior Consulting position at North Highland and felt a strong alignment with the role and company. The phone screen with the recruiter went well, and I was told I would receive feedback within 48 hours. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up. If you speak with a candidate, it’s only professional and respectful to let them know if they are not moving forward in the process. That didn't happen here.
