Was called to by HR and asked a few interview questions. Then we set up an interview to meet with a nurse manager. The nurse manager asked about 3-4 situational questions (what would you do). After 2 weeks, I was contacted by HR and offer a RN position.

Fairly easy and average interview process. Required submission of references, résumé met with nurse managers within the facility for an in person interview. This did not include a shadowing aspect.

They ask a lot of questions about the type of person you are and what you’d do given a certain situation. They want to know how you will grow yourself within the company and reach for higher levels.
