Met with the director. Very professional yet relaxed interview. The entire upper management team are very personable, which sometimes is rare in the hospital setting. The interview gave me a nice sense of the employment atmosphere, which was very positive.

The interview process at Northwell was not too long. first I had a phone interview, then schedule a interview with the unit manager. then interview with staff. then got a tour.

Had a connection to submit my resume to a manager. Took about a month for Talent Acquisition to reach out for a mini phone interview just prior to establishing an interview date. Met with a panel about a week later. Meeting seemed to go well, no offer.
