Interview
Came in with a resume they asked me why i wanted to volunteer, to tell them about myself etc.
Second was the orientation where they spoke about hygiene and how important it is to keep a safe environment. Lastly they gave our our volunteer assignments.

Interview
I was interviewed with two other girls, but some people interview individually. We were kindly asked questions about volunteering and the hospital setting in general. There was also a follow up orientation.
Short interview that involved asking your career goals and where you would like to be placed. It was very relaxed and is mostly a means to learn about your character.
