I applied online and was called by a recruiter within a month. This was a panel interview with Nurse Educators and Nurse Managers. They asked me several questions and provided me with information about the Fellowship.

What was the most difficult about your transition as a PCA? 4.) walk us through a pt that comes in with chest pain? What are you assessing? Head to toe assessment 5.) why the ED? 6.) why LIJ? 7.) critical priority question with 4 different patients

Interview
Fairly easy and average interview process. Required submission of references, résumé met with nurse managers within the facility for an in person interview. This did not include a shadowing aspect.
