Interview
The interview with the manager and assistant nurse manager went well. They were both young and very approachable. However, the fellowship was not explained in detail. It was said to be difficult and "a lot of work", but it was not stated that it would be equivalent to going back to school with the amount of work being done during in-hospital classes, and at home work. Also, it was not mentioned until the end of the class load, that you can fail out of the fellowship, with no guarantee of another placement elsewhere in the hospital. This is a job, not school.

Applied online and was given a panel interview a week or so later. Panel Interviewers were very friendly and made the interview a comfortable process. This was my first interview as an RN, so although I didn't receive an offer, it was a acceptable start to the good few interviews I'd find myself going on after this one.
