We are deeply apologetic for the way your interview went. First off, this does not sound like a typical interview with us at Northwest Tool. Even prior to the recent change in our interview process, this does not sound like our procedure. Typically, we receive many applications and resumes for a position. We then review these, and pick the top candidates to interview. The candidates are then interviewed, and when we feel we have the right one, we offer the position. Perhaps, you were a shoe-in for the job, so your process was quicker than most. We do have to disagree with the statement that anyone with a "pulse" gets a job here, because we unfortunately have to turn away applicants when hiring for a single position. Your comments will be taken into consideration, and we encourage you to come in and discuss them with us further. We want to make the best possible experience for all of our candidates, so your commentary would be helpful. Thank You!
