Interview
I applied online and was contacted by the CEO, with whom I had a very nice and informative conversation. On the same day, I was also scheduled to interview with the Co-Founder and the Head of Product. All interviews went well and were conducted on a professional level. However, after these interviews, all my follow-up messages via LinkedIn and email went unanswered. I am left with the impression that the CEO's conduct has been unprofessional, particularly in terms of communication and feedback.

Interview
I applied online and was contacted by the CEO to schedule an interview time. A few minutes before the scheduled time the interview was rescheduled for a new day and time. There was no communication from him to confirm my availability or to offer alternative times, I only received a rescheduling notification.
A few minutes before the rescheduled call was to take place, the interview was cancelled. There was no explanation and the call wasn't rescheduled. My follow up message was ignored.
My impression of this CEO is that he is unprofessional, doesn't respect other people's time, and lacks comprehension of common courtesy.
