Nova Solutions Group interview questions

I applied online and was reached out to for an interview. In the interview like others have said I was asked to have my camera on and had the CEO and Another interviewer off camera. I was basically interrogated with questions without so much as a brief description of the company. Towards the end of the interview a project manager joined also off camera and was clearly chewing food. I was asked if I had any questions and asked about the hiring process which the CEO provided a vague answer of “the recruiter will reach out to you one way or another”. I asked about the comp plan and was not provided an answer. Why ask if I have questions if you aren’t going to answer? This was one of the weirdest interviews I’ve ever experienced. They never reached back out to me but I’m all honesty I’m happy they didn’t.

Very odd and impersonal. I was asked to turn on my camera and the 3 interviewers left their cameras off during the virtual interview. I was then asked to submit 2 assignments. This company is very cold and hopefully as they grow they will improve their interview/hiring process. From what is being read, the salaries offered are below avg. Good luck and use caution.
