Interview
I had a positive experience interviewing at Novoic. I first had a chat with the CEO to learn about the company and introduce myself. I then had a technical interview with the CTO where we did a couple LeetCode style live-coding questions and a system design interview. Both the CEO and CTO asked sensible questions and were a pleasure to chat with. I unfortunately didn't progress to the next stage, but the CTO generously took the time to give me thoughtful feedback, which will help me in future interviews. I would definitely recommend interviewing with them.

Interview
After submitting my CV and covering letter, I had to complete a 2 hour research task online. After this I was invited to two 30 minute interviews, one involved role-playing with the CEO. Finally a 1 hour culture-fit interview. After getting invited to the final stage of a >4 hour application process I didn't initially get any feedback. After following up multiple times got very helpful, detailed feedback.
