      I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Novosol (Sahibābād) in Sept 2017

      Interview

      3 Rounds of interview 1) Written Technical Test 2) Face to Face HR Round 3) Face to Face Technical Round with Dept Head. So the person first needs to complete the job application form. After that needs to undergo one written technical test. Once you clear that. You have to undergo one HR round where your comm skills are checked and other formalites about your professional work and in the next round which is the most crucial one, you have to meet the department head and have technical interactions. If you clear that then you are more or less selected.

      Normally Interviewer asks about your professional work and the kind of projects the person has handled and also his technical know-how about the projects.
