It had a process of a questionnaire in general English which was to be answered. Provided a laptop for the purpose with a Time limit.
Then if you qualify for the same you are asked to come for personal interview. There management comes and talks to you on your hobbies and how you spend time other than professional time.

3 Rounds the, one written, HR round and Technical Round. The HR round was mostly a casual discussion and Technical round about previous experience. The interviews were easy and the interview went smooth.

Interview
Interview was mix of Indian contract law question, a written test of contracts and to assess English language skills. Total of 4 rounds but i believe now they take only 3 rounds. One telephonic, 2 one on one rounds and one telephonic interview with US Management.
