Having communicated with the manager, the recruiting dept became a road blocker.
Later, the recruiter called me for the sake of calling me. The recruiter was just discouraging me - when I asked if I were being considered, he then conducted partial interview and said that he was not going to act on my candidacy. When I requested the feedback to be forwarded to the hiring manager, then he had some additional questions. Some of these questions were very childish and pathetic! Recruiter doesn't seems to be interested in recruiting!

Question 1
Recruiter told me that he wants employees who have worked at other companies for 5yrs or more! Before this interview with the recruiter, I would see "Nuance" in my caller ID multiple times but no message was left in the answerer. There is something strange going on with the recruitment dept.
Three rounds, super nice people who genuinely just want to know your experience and what you value. Asked questions about background and personal interests. Was pretty easy and straightforward. Be prepared to go into detail about history and how it connects to the position you’re applying for
