Nucleo (Ireland) interview questions

They send you an email telling you that the 1st call is about them getting to know you and your experience. Unfortunately it didn't feel like an interview at all, it was more like an interrogation session where an arrogant recruiter spent more time going through a checklist than actually showing interest or having a real conversation with the candidate. They gave almost no time to provide decent answers as they were in a hurry to finish. Also, they seemed to be more concerned with the format of my CV than with my experience and skills, several minutes of the call were wasted on this when all you need is common sense to understand it. As if this wasn't enough, they compared me negatively with other candidates without justification, showing nothing but how unprofessional they are. As expected, I got a generic rejection e-mail days later from a no-reply address, leaving me wondering why they reached out in the first place. It was a huge waste of my time.
