Nucleus Independent Living interview questions

Process included a telephone prescreening, behavioural test, zoom interview, and an in-person interview with work examples prepared beforehand. A disappointing offer was presented. Pay was average, no benefits for contract employees, and work life balance HR policies that reflect an organization that uses their employees and does not care about employee well-being. They want you to work 40 hours a week (weekends, weeknights, and on call) with little paid sick time and unpaid vacation. They refused to negotiate on any of the issues in the contract. My best advice is don't listen to their promises of a great culture given the horrible reviews everywhere online as well as their horrible policies and no benefits.

Great HR management , each round of interview has a span of 1-2 weeks in between and the follow up was great. First round was telephonic pre screening followed by assessment and then virtual interview
