The recruitment process at Nutrium was very well organized and transparent from start to finish. The HR team kept me updated after each stage, and the overall timeline was reasonable. There were five phases in total — an HR screening, a technical interview, a case study assignment, a case review/presentation, and finally a “culture fit” interview with the team.
Each stage felt relevant to the position and reflected the actual skills and mindset the company values. The case study was particularly interesting and well aligned with the role’s requirements. The final interview was relaxed and friendly, giving me the chance to ask questions about the team, the company culture, and the challenges involved in the position. Overall, it was a very positive experience that reflected Nutrium’s professional yet human approach to hiring.
