Very impersonal. Was a 1 hour interview with a VP and Department Director. They asked about my specific experiences in software's that they utilize so research the work you're doing and know what you're talking about. Nice people but hard to read.

Interview
First interview was a phone second was in person very easy. Took a tour of the facility, meet a few of the team members then wrapped up the interview. Took about two weeks to hear back from them if I got the job or not.
