Interview
The interview process was amazing - Jonás Padilla was incredibly professional, and I truly enjoyed our communication. It was one of the best HR experiences I’ve had.
I was genuinely excited about the opportunity and completed all the interview stages, including the test task. The entire process was engaging, and I felt optimistic about joining the team.
Unfortunately, I ended up spending around three months in the process and, in the end, received no update or outcome. It’s been quite disappointing after such a positive start.

Question 1
One of the key things they asked me was how I approach solving design problems - specifically how I balance creativity with usability. It was a great opportunity to share my process and how I collaborate with teams to bring ideas to life while keeping the user at the center.

Interview
Went through multiple rounds of interviews (fine) to get to the final interview with founders who seemed completely disinterested, obviously had not even glanced at the multi-page project proposal provided beforehand (not fine). Focused heavily on an aspect of the role that wasn’t mentioned in the job posting or any of the other interview stages.
Agree with another reviewer that it felt exploitative and geared towards idea-farming. Job is now up posted again so clearly whatever they’re doing isn’t working.

Interview
Took me through six interviews and two presentations to reject me after I asked if they have plans to make a final decision because I have other offers coming my way. They never shared the salary and I still don't see the position filled. So basically they're stealing ideas through interviews.
It sucks because I researched, studied, and prepped for all of my interviews and deck presentations. I was really excited about this role but the founders were happy to string me along for over a month. This is not how you treat candidates.
