Interview with the Manager: An interview where you discuss your solution with the manager. 4. Interview with the Founders: N/A The initial interview was to know if the candidate's background matches the role and the company. HR was organized, well-prepared, and friendly in the first step. The task was not detailed and complex to assess a senior engineer. In the third step, where they discuss the solution to the task, the manager wasn't prepared and hadn't even skimmed the implemented solution before the interview. The discussion was technically limited, and there were no technical assessments.
