I interviewed with Oddity For a Position as I was moving back to Massachusetts. I was extremely interested in the company because I'm an experienced formulator, familiar with some of their brands, and I was intrigued by what they were offering. The interview was good enough. I did get choked up from a personal question they asked but I overall thought that was a good thing.
I had two zoom interviews. The second one was kinda weird, they asked me about pay and I told them what I expected to be paid for my education and experience. They just ghosted me after that. Never followed up, Never rejected just never replied. It wasn't a huge loss. I had a feeling the culture underpays employees and I'm just not at that point in my life. They also seemed new to the space and I didn't know a lot about the industry which sounded a lot like a headache. The company gives me red flags and I got a better position anyway.
