I received a phone call from HR for an initial screening, and a meeting was scheduled for the next step.
However, during the meeting, no HR person showed up—only two technical managers. The meeting started directly with technical questions, which was fine.
Afterward, I didn’t receive any feedback, just an email asking me to complete an aptitude test (about 3 hours long). I completed and sent it to HR but never received any rejection or progress update (2 months as this review written).
The company completely ghosted me, which reflects a lack of professionalism.
