Interview
I had spent all day preparing for the interview, which was to begin at 16:30. At 16:31 I sent a message (via Skype Chat) indicating that I was ready and waiting. Immediately, the response message appeared: "can you wait a few minutes until the Boss gets here."
The boss (a middle-aged woman) arrived 5 minutes late, and the interview began.

Interview
The smoothness interview is dependent on your past experiences as a teacher but I actually had help from actually knowing someone in the company. If you genuinely seem excited to teach students, it should go incredibly smoothly.
