4 Interviews: 1. HR screening 2. Technical 3. Technical 4. Discussion with hiring manager The engineers were great and asked thorough questions, but after my final interview with the hiring manager I was told I would hear an answer within 1 week. I waited for 3 weeks (and attempted following up twice within that time), and did not get any response. After 3 weeks of no communication, I received an email stating I didn't get the position with no feedback. No problem, but a very unprofessional experience.
