There were 4 rounds of interview,preceding which a video resume was being asked to upload via youtube or their stipulated platform of 7 to 8 minutes. Following which an aptitude test was being conducted where general English, Attention to details, Time Management, Team Work efficiency was judged. Post which the Company Manager has interviewed and detailed described the pros and cons of the profile and had casual, basic questions of the candidates profile. After that a final round was being conducted with the HR Manager regarding the Salary pay package, Time shifts, Leaves , Holidays, Job Profile in details and also asked few relevant questions to Data Entry Executive post.
