Oklahoma Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company interview questions

I had to wait over 30 minutes for the manager or anyone to come and get me. That should have been my first red flag. The interview mainly focused on perks and employee relations, and that should have been my next red-flag. I was not asked for a second interview and all of my follow up requests were ignored until I was called about 3 weeks later and told I was being offered the job. I was never even required to take a drug screen.

Very casual interview. Was hired the next day. I should have been leery of that but I took the job not knowing they had just fired several people before me.
