Interview
A 4 hour orientation. Went through Old Navy policies and what to do in certain situations. Then the next time we met, we went over how to fold the clothes, how to assist a customer, give great customer feed back, and how to use the cash register and how to sign up customers for the lovely Old Navy card. They also went through the perks they give like, employee discounts and yearly raises.
It was a group interview in a conversation setting. Random questions about our favorites and what we do outside of work. Was very easy. If you weren’t outgoing, probably were not hired at this specific location.

Interview
The interview process was very easy and fast interview with the hiring manager. The process lasted less than 15 minutes and I was hired within the week. I would highly recommend applying and interviewing with this company as it seems it is easy to get a job here. I was ushered into a backroom and the manager asked questions from a printed sheet.
