I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Oliver Wyman (Warsaw, Masovia) in Mar 2017
Interview
First stage of the job interview for the entry-level position (after all the correspondence regarding setting the time and date) is a video interview with a senior researcher from overseas division. Second stage is about meeting local team manager (the person, that would be your direct supervisor if you will pass all the assessments of the recruiting process). The last stage - is a group meeting with the team of your potential co-workers.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
As a usual, they asked about previous research experience, about sharing knowledge with colleagues (testing your communication skills) and some other things. They can also ask about the sources for specific information (where would you be searching for this or that..)
