Applied through the company website. Got invited to the numerical test online after a week. A week later got invited to a phone interview (as I reside in London). The interview took around 45 mins. It started with questions about my CV and why I wanted to join OW. Following that, a case study (or two within one) and then I was asked if I had any questions. Took them 1.5 months to get back to me.

Q: Estimate the number of windows in London?
Q: If you are the city planner, and you want to know how many windows are going to be bought next year, what data do you need? (it was an extremely vague question for me and I tried my best but apparently it was not what the interviewer wanted; he wanted information on what drives higher building rates)
it was smooth but you need to work hard on your calculations skills, i failed in this part of the case because the calculator is not allowed and i had not familiarize myself with it before the interview but overall it was a good experience

Interviewers never attended on time. Rescheduled 7 times. Cases were easy relative to other firms. They dont take candidates very seriously so prepare for that. Personal questions include why OW?

Interview
Vorstellungstag im Zürich Office mit 5 Interviews. Morgens 3 Interviews (2 Cases + 1 HR Interview). Danach geht es zum Mittagessen, woraufhin man bei der Rückrunde erfährt ob man in die zweite Runde am Nachmittag kommt. In der zweiten Runde gib es dann wieder 2 Case Studies.
