Tell me about a time when you had to develop a creative solution.
The hiring team was extremely flexible in meeting my expedited timeline needs for the interview process. Everyone I met throughout the process was incredibly warm, and overall the entire process felt very accessible and pleasant.

The interview process took about 3 weeks. It consisted of 1 screening interview with recruiter, 1 interview with hiring manager, 4-5 interviews with other Omada team members, 1 case study presentation, then reference checks.

Question 1
Several interviews consisted of scenario based questions related to areas of the product and metrics to assess thought process & skills. Essentially "What would your process be for assessing the metric and proposing solutions?"
It’s a pretty standard flow: HR screen, followed by time with the hiring manager, followed by a panel interview that included a case study and some scenario work, followed by one other.
