Typical 3-step interview. First was a general discussion with the internal recruiter. Second was with the direct supervisor. Third was a panel interview (6 different people, 30 min each, with a 30 minute break half-way through).
After the interview I was never followed-up with and was just completely ghosted despite me sending follow-up emails RE current status. They ended up hiring a different candidate, but told me "[thier] internal processes are moving more slowly than expected." Rather than saying the choose someone else for the position.
