They called people to interview without reading the resume beforehand. I spent one hour to finish the application form and waiting for the interviewer for a five mins interview. The interviewer asked me to leave after she learned that I don’t have related experience in the field . But she would have to learned that if she was willing to spend one min to read my resume! She said the post was only to do simple paper work like data entry. That was really an empty description of the job and she didn’t even bother to introduce her company! I wish they would read the candidate resume before inviting them to their company to have a face to face interview! They really disrespected the candidate and wasted both’s time
