Interview
I went through about three different interviews with various management team members. I felt that each round of interviews went well and received praises on my accomplishments and experiences. It felt like I was on a good track to receiving an offer after the multiple rounds of interview. Sadly, I did not receive an offer.

Interview
First I met with an employee at Oncolytics over coffee at a cafe nearby. I explained to them what my career goals were and how I was a PhD student looking to gain experience in industry at a local biotech company. From there, I was able to land an interview with the CEO who offered me a part-time internship.
